Q. How many advertisers are on your system at any given time?
A. Our system accommodates up to ten advertisers at any one time. Each of the ten advertisements is called a "timeslot."

Q. What do these timeslots do?
A. Each time a call comes into our system, a timeslot is assigned to that call. Timeslots are assigned sequentially, one through ten. As calls continue to come in, each call is assigned to a timeslot between one and ten. Each timeslot plays a different advertising message. By assigning these timeslots to calls as they come in, we are evenly distributing our advertisement messages, call by call.

Q. Why do I hear certain advertisers more than others?
A. Certain advertisers have higher frequency rotations (run more messages) than other advertisers.

Q. How often will my advertisement be heard?
A. During our busy periods, your advertisement will be heard by one of our callers every few seconds. During our slower periods, such as in the middle of the night, your message will be heard several times per minute.

Q. How much does it cost?
A. Each advertising timeslot costs $600 per month in Miami-Dade.  Call us for Broward rates. There are a total of ten timeslots in each county.

Q. How long is each advertising message?
A. Each message can be up to 12 seconds long.

Q. If I pay double, can you make the message 24 seconds long?
A. Our system can do it, but in order to manage the large volume of incoming telephone calls, we limit the amount of time for each call. If we allowed calls to be any length, we’d generate busy signals during our busy periods.
